Paella
Our paella buffet is a great alternative to a classic buffet or barbeque. There are many versions of paella but ours, which we cook on the day in front of you and your guests contains chicken, very large tiger prawns, fresh squid, octopus, crab, mussels and clams - all cooked with paella rice, fish broth, saffron, and aromatic herbs.
Our superb paella is accompanied with five different salads and three different desserts of your choice.
Crockery, cutlery, tablecloths and serviettes are included.
